  • You still get a complete assessment with specific recommendations. We'll identify what's driving your symptoms and give you a clear action plan — lifestyle changes, sleep optimisation, stress management, nutrition, nervous system regulation. You can make these changes on your own, or with our help. Many women see significant improvement without medication.

  • Yes. After the 6-month program, we offer maintenance plans and continued access to health coaching. The Matter ecosystem includes recovery and regeneration modalities that many find beneficial (hyperbaric oxygen therapy, red light therapy, contrast therapy, micronutrient infusions). When you come in for the assessment, we’ll show you around!

  • Absolutely. Every program is built around your specific situation. Come in, do the assessment, and we'll design something that fits your life and goals.

  • Bring what you have, and we'll review it. We need specific blood biomarkers and recent results, so depending on what you have, we may need to do additional tests.
