Dr Shireen Henry is a physician dedicated to the science of thriving. By merging preventive medicine, longevity research, and lifestyle optimisation, she empowers individuals to sustain vitality and clarity across decades. As Director of Operations, she applies a human-centred systems approach — aligning people, processes, and purpose to create environments where health and performance flourish.

Ash Hatmin

Ash Hatmin

Ash Hatmin is the Head of Performance at Matter, where he leads longevity-focused performance through movement science and intelligent training. He holds a PhD in Biomechanics and a MSc in Sports Science. He is the creator of Movement Restoration Systems, where his expertise has been applied in elite performance, youth athletic development, as well as post-rehabilitation settings including stroke recovery in local hospitals. He is an international speaker and educator with over 2 decades of experience, who has worked extensively with the American Council on Exercise, National Academy of Sports Medicine, Beijing Sports Union, and Rocktape Australia, amongst many others. His work at Matter centres on optimising movement quality, building physiological resilience, and extending healthspan — so clients can perform at a high level in everything that matters to them.

Gabrielle Barton

Gabrielle Barton is an Health Coach at Matter, as well as an NLP practitioner, dedicated to the art and science of sustainable wellbeing. With over 13 years of corporate experience leading teams and partnering with multinational organizations across the region and internationally, she brings a deep understanding of high-performance environments and the demands of modern careers. By integrating behavioural psychology, coaching, and mindset transformation, she helps individuals build habits that restore energy, balance, and vitality — empowering people to enhance performance and quality of life through intentional, lasting change.

Fay Robinson

Fay Chin Robinson

Fay Robinson is a Health Coach at Matter, dedicated to helping individuals find balance between their work, wellbeing and personal lives. Drawing on 16 years of experience in the corporate world, her journey towards finding her own balance inspired her to become a professional coach, to guide others on a similar journey. Fay brings empathy and real-world insight to her coaching, guiding clients to build sustainable habits and cultivate a resilient mindset. She believes lasting change is not about perfection, but progress, and partners with her clients to navigate each step of their journey toward greater health and longevity.

Coach Shrek

‘Shrek’ Ismail is a Strength & Conditioning Specialist with nearly 20 years of experience in performance training and fitness leadership. A pioneer and masters competitor in Singapore’s Obstacle Course Racing scene, he has served as Technical Director for Spartan Race, in addition to holding multiple technical and advisory roles across major competitions. If you’re training for Hyrox or focused on building real-world functional strength, there are few with his depth of experience. A true veteran, he has served as Master Coach at Ritual Gym and Head Coach at SumHIIT, with extensive experience educating and leading international teams. Beyond evidence-based programming and movement efficiency, he brings something rarer: decades of lived experience helping people build physical capacity so they can thrive as they age.

Ryan Unsworth

Ryan Unsworth leads a team of physiotherapists and osteopaths, integrating hands-on treatment and exercise science to help people move beyond pain and optimise long-term health and performance. As an osteopath and educator, he teaches anatomy, physiology, biomechanics, and manual techniques to medical professionals—bridging evidence-based care with a holistic approach to movement, recovery, and longevity.
