Infusion Therapy
Doctor-led IV therapy in an MOH-licensed clinic. Clinical indications, real diagnostics, and a plan to fix the cause — not just top up the deficit.
Real medicine, not wellness theatre.
You’ve seen IV bars pop up everywhere. The neon signs, the “glow drips,” the influencers who can’t actually tell you what’s in the bag. And you’ve held off — because the gap between a properly indicated infusion and a marketing gimmick is enormous.
IV therapy works for real things. Replenishing iron when oral can’t. Restoring hydration when your gut can’t absorb fast enough. Supporting recovery from training, illness, or burnout. We do those — properly. The rest, we won’t sell you.
Indicated. Administered. Reviewed.

When oral iron has failed, isn’t tolerated, or won’t work in time
You’ve been on iron tablets for six months and ferritin still won’t move. Or you’re back from a 14-hour flight and your body hasn’t caught up.
We treat what oral medicine can’t — on the timeline that actually helps.

This is NOT
- A walk-in vitamin bar
- A “glow drip” with no clinical reasoning
- A subscription that bills you for infusions you don’t need
- A wellness trend without a doctor in the room
This is
- Doctor-led assessment before any line goes in
- Composition tailored to your case, not a fixed bag
- Monitored throughout, with emergency protocols in place
Why doctor-led infusion matters

Diagnosis first
Low ferritin can be many things. Dehydration can mimic other illness. We work out which one before we treat anything.
Tailored composition
Not just saline. Not a fixed cocktail. Fluid, electrolyte, vitamins, or an iron- based composition designed for your context.
Monitored throughout
Doctor-administered, doctor-monitored. We have emergency protocols ready, even though they’re rarely needed.
Coaching afterwards
If you keep ending up depleted, that’s a sign of something deeper. We investigate the cause — and treat it.

menstruating women in Singapore are iron deficient. Most don’t know. Iron is one of the highest-yield deficiencies to fix — and a single, well-indicated IV session can shift energy, hair, sleep, and exercise tolerance within weeks.
The problem isn’t just deficiency — it’s delay.
- Iron deficiency is one of the most overlooked causes of fatigue, hair shedding, low exercise tolerance, restless sleep, and poor recovery — especially in women with heavy periods, endurance training load, or chronic stress.
- Oral iron can take months to move ferritin meaningfully, and for many people it causes nausea, constipation, or simply never absorbs well enough to replenish depleted stores.
- A properly indicated IV iron infusion bypasses the gut entirely, restoring iron stores faster and more effectively — often improving energy, focus, recovery, and resilience within weeks.

Questions we get asked
No. You’ll see a Matter doctor for a brief assessment before any infusion.
When oral has failed, isn’t tolerated, or won’t work in time. For iron deficiency, that’s common. For hydration, it’s when oral absorption can’t keep up. For recovery, it’s when cofactors are depleted and oral supplementation is too slow.
No. If oral, lifestyle, or a different treatment is the right answer, we’ll tell you that. Most of our patients don’t need monthly IVs.
All infusions carry some risk — usually mild and short-lived. Serious reactions are rare with our protocols. We monitor throughout and have emergency protocols on hand.
Iron: usually a single session, occasionally two. Hydration and Recovery: as clinically indicated — typically not more often than every 2–4 weeks unless there’s a specific reason.
Some IVs (iron, hydration) can be safe and even necessary during pregnancy. Others are not appropriate. Your doctor will tailor accordingly.
