As with any prescribed medication, side effects are possible: your doctor reviews your health history first and monitors you at regular check-ins, adjusting your medication as needed and addressing any side effects should they arise.

This treatment plan is built around male-pattern (DHT-driven) hair thinning. Women’s hair loss often has different underlying causes, so a separate plan is recommended; speak to your doctor about the right approach for you.
