No. A negative result is reassuring but not a guarantee: it's a snapshot of one moment, and it doesn’t replace your mammogram, colonoscopy, Pap smear, or lung CT. Keep doing those as your doctor advises.

No, this test looks for tumour DNA fragments already shed into the bloodstream (a sign an active cancer may be present), not inherited gene mutations that raise future risk. No. It doesn't replace your mammogram, colonoscopy, Pap smear, or lung CT. It adds to national screening rather than replacing it, since no test like this has yet been shown on its own to reduce cancer deaths.
